The location of the hotel was amazing, with stunning views of the mountain and easy access to the cable car ride. It was also situated next to the 7 Wells fountain, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings. Another advantage was the easy driving in Langkawi, and the option to rent a car at affordable prices. This saved us from the hassle of haggling with taxi drivers and made exploring the island much more convenient.

The distance from the main town, which made transportation costs a bit higher. this also meant that the hotel offered a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway.

great location, close to skycab and other attractions. comfortable rooms with daily cleaning. they even provided a water boiler and fridge. overall, a good value for money hotel in Oriental Village.

Limited nightlife, no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. had to go to Cennang for more options.

It is located within the Oriental Village, just beside the cable car station. The seven wells waterfall is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The mountain view is fantastic, very good for relaxation.The hotel staff is friendly. We came during the Aidil Fitri Festival season, we were offered some tasty cookies and ketupats.

The breakfast is average, with limited choices. The hotel is far from the town and other attractions. Not many eating places around.

Hard to think of anything.

Everything was just perfect - we had a wonderful stay, friendly helpfull staff Naz Riz Ali et all - the Oriental Village was superb, the cable car wonderful, we rented a car rm60 a day and drove round Langkawi for three days - super place, good roads, easy driving plenty to see and do. We definitely be back again soon.

Staff was just terrific - very friendly and ready to help with all our requests. Location is very good as well - two landmarks (cable car and waterfall) are very close and there is a beach of another hotel availalbe just within a couple of minutes by car (free shuttle is also available, but to be fair we never used it). Don't expect any luxury or premium in accomodation and treatment, but it is very strong value for money, and would definitely suit anyone, spending most of their time on the beach or exploring the island and just coming back to the hotel at night.
